New year, new question!

Currently I am using ADMT to migrate users and the security translation wizard to setup machines and so forth as we have SID filtering enabled on our trust.  One problem I have is that a server that contains about 6TB of data is part of a cluster with loads of data from another company on it.  This means if I run the STW it will have to scan all of this data and then when it gets to mine it will add the correct permissions.
My question is: Does anyone know of a way of customising the STW so it only scans certain folders and shares?
